  • Lauren Talbot is the founder of space between and a certified breathwork guide. Her work is rooted in lived experience, somatic practice, and a deep belief that everything begins in the body.

    After years in high-pressure creative work, motherhood, and navigating health challenges, Lauren realized that clarity, energy, and creativity are only sustainable when people are in real relationship with their body.

    She now guides mothers, creatives, and those stretched thin by life back into their body, intuition, and daily life through spaces and sessions designed to help them feel resourced, steady, and fully present, even amidst chaos.
