space between
breathwork + the intuitive body
a practice of listening differently.
body-first practices and rituals for
living, creating, and returning to yourself.
space between is an exploration of making space.
Space to listen.
Space to notice.
Space to question.
Space to grieve.
Space to rest.
Space to create.
Space to become curious.
Space to reconnect.
We've learned to trust almost everything except ourselves.
We live in a culture that teaches us to move faster, know more, and look outside ourselves for the next answer.
We inherit systems for how to work, parent, eat, succeed, heal, and even how to rest. Over time, it becomes easy to lose touch with our own experience.
space between is an exploration of making space.
Space to listen.
Space to notice.
Space to question.
Space to experience.
Space to rest.
Space to create.
Space to become curious.
Space to reconnect.
Space to strengthen your relationship with your body, your intuition, your faith, and yourself.
Because everything begins in the body.
TESTIMONIALS
“Most of the time it’s impossible to slow down and look inward. Lauren immediately makes you feel a sense of calm, giving you a safe space to relax, reset and focus on the present. This was my first time doing Breathwork, and she made it feel totally approachable.”
— Rebecca
“Lauren gave us exactly the practical tools we need. We used breathing the very next day. It worked.”
— Eric

Deeper containers
For those wanting ongoing support, a longer relationship with the practice, and space to integrate what emerges.
Groups + gatherings
Breathwork and embodied practices for small groups, teams, and communities looking to connect, reset, and explore together.
Workshops + seasonal offerings
Intentionally created experiences that bring together breath, ritual, and embodied practice.
Lauren Talbot is the founder of space between, a practice exploring the relationship between the body, our inner world, and the way we move through life.
She spent more than twenty years working in animation, helping bring stories to life in an industry defined by deadlines and burnout.
Alongside that career, a question kept following Lauren: Why have so many of us become disconnected from ourselves?
