FINDING POWER IN THE SPACE BETWEEN
Lauren Talbot has always been more interested in understanding than accepting answers at face value. That orientation has shaped her work across wellness, leadership, and creative spaces — particularly in environments where people are encouraged to defer to external authority over their own lived experience.
Space Between was created as an alternative to urgency-driven approaches to health and growth. It offers a slower, more relational way of sensing and responding. One that centres internal awareness rather than external pressure.
Lauren’s path into this work has been shaped by a wide range of experiences. Early encounters with health challenges sparked years of inquiry and research, introducing her to the broader landscape of wellness and embodiment. She later studied film and built a career in animation production, working in high-pressure creative environments where impossible things are often made to look effortless, and where the cost to the body and nervous system is often overlooked.
Motherhood deepened this relationship with the body further. In the postpartum period, breath became an anchor and orientation, Lauren began relating to her body as a source of guidance. She later certified in the Being Method somatic breathwork to refine and formalize this work.
Today, Lauren supports others in learning how to tune inward. Her work sits at the intersection of body awareness, health, culture, and spirituality, offering practical tools for cultivating self-trust and capacity in complexity.
At the core of her work is a simple truth: the body is intelligent and always communicating. Space Between is an invitation to slow down and build a life that is genuinely nourishing — from the inside out.
