FINDING POWER IN THE SPACE BETWEEN

Lauren Talbot is the founder of space between — a sanctuary for reconnecting to what exists beneath the noise. Through breathwork, energetics, mindset work, and ritual, she helps people tap into their inner rhythm, navigating life with greater clarity, presence, and care.

Lauren’s work is shaped by years in the fast-paced world of film and television, and deepened through the quiet transformations of motherhood, creative burnout, and spiritual inquiry. It lives in the pause between doing and being — where something subtler has room to emerge.

What began as a personal philosophy became a practice — and now, a space for others.

She holds certifications in breathwork and tea sommelier studies, but more than anything, she’s spent years listening — to the body, to the cycles of nature, and to what stillness reveals. Her approach is rooted in presence, blending practical tools with intuitive guidance.

Sometimes that support looks like breathwork or energetic mentoring. Other times, it’s a tea ritual, a mindset shift, or a moment of silence. It always centres around creating space.

space between exists for those navigating the in-between:
☉ between roles or seasons
☉ between new beginnings and past endings
☉ between ambition and burnout
☉ between holding on and letting go

This is where life softens. This is where you have permission to be expansive.

Lauren lives in the Golden Horseshoe with her family and finds deep joy in trail hikes, lake winds, and the simple comfort of a cup of tea.

With love & gratitude.
