space between is a platform for coming back to yourself — and unlearning everything that pulled you away.

it was built on the belief that healing isn't complicated or expensive or hidden behind a system. it's already in you. space between is how you remember that — through the body, through breath, through the intelligence that has always been there.

everything begins in the body.

what do you offer?

what makes space between different?

3

most wellness spaces ask you to perform your healing. to show up with goals, track your progress, optimise your outcomes.

space between doesn't work that way.

the work is slow by design — because the body doesn't respond to urgency, it responds to presence and safety. you are met exactly where you are.

lauren brings a decade of self-research across breathwork, nervous system, nutrition, women's health, and somatics — alongside 20 years of holding people in high-pressure environments and knowing what it takes to make someone feel geniunely supported.

who are your offerings for?

4

the ones who are done outsourcing themselves.

who have tried the protocols, the programmes, everything under the sun — and still feel like something essential is missing.

5

do I need experience?

no. every offering is designed to meet you where you are. lauren has worked with complete beginners and longtime practitioners — the work adapts to you, not the other way around.

are these sessions therapy or medical advice?

6

no. space between offerings are educational, experiential, and embodiment-centred.

they are designed to support participants through reflection, somatic practice, and personal awareness.

they are not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or counselling.

if your needs extend into those areas, space between encourages you to seek the appropriate professional support.
