What to Expect

Babies and children experience the world through their bodies.
Beforet they learn to calm themselves, they rely on us to help them regulate.

In this short, practical workshop, you’ll learn simple breath and body-based tools that help you stay grounded, so your child can settle more easily too.

These practices are designed for real life.

• a short breath practice to calm your body quickly
• how co-regulation works before children can use words
• ways to help your child settle during crying or overwhelm
• simple, playful body-based tools to bring calm back online

These tools are especially helpful for toddlers and children with big feelings.

No experience with breathwork or somatic practices is needed.

Lauren Talbot is a certified breathwork guide and mother, who helps people reconnect with their body as a source of regulation, intuition, and resilience.

Her work focuses on simple, body-first practices that help people move through everyday more steadiness.
